Hanover, PA (April 4, 2022) – After his win at Williams Grove last Friday, Dylan Norris is currently sitting in first place in the season point standings. Cold temperatures and wind forced Williams Grove to cancel their Friday night racing program this week, setting up a one-race weekend for the Gobrecht Motorsports team.
Dylan Norris and the team made the trip to Lincoln Speedway on Saturday and competed in the 33-car field. Norris started sixth in his heat race, two spots out of a transfer spot and was up to third on lap 1. Dylan finished third in his heat qualifying for the feature.
Norris lined up 11th for the start of the 30-lap feature and fell back to 15th. Norris ran most of the race mid-pack and then brought out the caution on lap 23 when he spun out in turn 4 while running 15th. Norris finished the feature in 13th and sits 8th in the championship point standings at Lincoln.

Dylan Norris and the Gobrecht Motorsports team will be back in action at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, April 8 at 7:30PM. The team will also be at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, April 9 for the $6,900 to win Weldon Sterner Memorial with racing scheduled to start at 7PM. It will be a three-race weekend with the team competing at BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday at 5PM.
