Hanover, PA (August 9, 2023) – What was scheduled to be a one-race week, turned into three races for Dylan Norris. Things kicked off on Tuesday with Norris making his High Limit Series debut at Kokomo in Rocky Anderson’s #19. Dylan timed 23rd quickest out of 31 cars with a lap time of 11.530 seconds. Norris started sixth in his heat race and finished seventh, missing the feature and putting him in the B-main. Dylan lined up eighth for the B-main and would drive his way to fourth, qualifying him for the 35-lap feature in his first trip to Kokomo. Starting from the rear of the field, Norris was up to 15th when he spun out bringing out the caution on lap 7. Dylan rejoined the field and was running 19th when another spin out ending his night with two laps to go. Norris was credited with a 21st place finish.

Dylan hopped into another new car on Friday night at Williams Grove. Norris piloted the Brad McClelland owned #6 in the 358 sprint car division, it was his first 358 race of the 2023 season. Dylan started fourth in a stacked heat race and would finish an impressive second. Norris was slated to start second in the feature, but unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans and Friday’s feature was rained out. The August 4th feature will be made up on August 18th.

Norris’ final stop of the week was Lincoln Speedway on Saturday night for a weekly handicapped show. The format meant Dylan started eighth in his heat race and he drove up to a fourth place finish, putting him the feature. Norris started the feature from 14th and would score another top 10 finish, crossing the line ninth.
