Hanover, PA (June 20, 2022) – Dylan Norris started the weekend off at Williams Grove on Friday night with 21 cars on hand. Norris started sixth in his heat and finished fourth, lining him up 12th for the 25-lap feature. Dylan fought track conditions and motor issues and pulled in on lap 18 while running 17th.
Saturday night at Lincoln Speedway Norris and the Gobrecht Motorsports team swapped out engines after hot laps. Due to the engine swap Norris missed time trials and would line up eighth for his heat. Dylan moved up to fifth, qualifying for the feature. Dylan started the feature 18th and spun out on the first lap. Norris would spin out again on lap 8. Dylan would pull in on lap 14 while running 20th.
Dylan and the team are looking forward to their momentum taking a turn back towards the positive as Speedweek kicks off on Friday.
UP NEXT: The team will kick off their Speedweek campaign at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, June 24 at 7:30PM. Dylan will also be at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, June 25 for the $9,200 to win Kevin Gobrecht Memorial scheduled for 7:30PM. The Gobrecht Motorsports team will also be at BAPS Motor Speedway on Sunday, June 26 for Night #3 of Speedweek at 7PM.
