Hanover, PA (August 29, 2022) – Dylan and the Gobrecht Motorsports team had their best outing of the three-race weekend on Friday night at Williams Grove. Norris timed third quick out of 33 cars. Dylan started fourth in his heat and finished third. As the fastest car in his heat, Dylan made the dash redraw and pulled the 2. Norris would finish the dash third and lined up third for the first Twin 20 feature. Dylan ran seventh for most of the 20-lap feature and would finish tenth. Norris started tenth, outside the invert, for the start of the second 20-lap feature. Dylan got up to ninth early in the race but finished the night with another tenth place finish. Norris currently sits second in points at the Grove.

Saturday night did not go as well for Dylan and the team. Norris started the night off timing 37th quick out of 39 cars. Dylan drove from seventh to tenth in his heat, still two spots shy of a qualifying spot. In the B-main, Dylan and Cory Haas were in an intense battle for the final qualifying spot when they got together in turn 4. The incident ended Norris’ night. Dylan is third in the season point standings at Lincoln.

Dylan made his first trip west to Bedford Speedway on Sunday night. Once again time trials set the team back early in the program with Norris timing 17th quick out of 19 cars. Norris started sixth in his heat race and drove up to fourth. Dylan lined up 12th for the feature and would finish 14th.

UP NEXT: The team will return to Williams Grove this Friday, September 2 at 7:30PM. Also on the schedule this weekend is Lincoln Speedway and the Elijah Hawkins, on Saturday, September 3 with racing at 7:30PM. Selinsgrove Speedway is in action on Sunday at 4PM and Dylan and the team will be in competition.
