Hanover, PA (October 4, 2022) – What was slated to be the biggest weekend of racing in Central PA this year turned into a rain shortened Friday night feature due to Tropical Storm Ian. Prior to the rain, Dylan Norris and the Gobrecht Motorsports team showed speed and qualified for the feature in a field of 51 cars. Norris was 11th fastest in flight 2 during time trials with a lap time of 16.900 seconds which lined him up sixth for his heat race. Norris finished fifth in his heat, putting him in the $10,000 to win 25-lap feature. Dylan lined up 18th for the start of the feature and after 10 laps, which included a caution, red flag and rain delay, Norris was scored with a 21st place finish. The National Open has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 22.
